Our digital technology allows allows a filmless, digital data transfer onto the printing plate. The plates are equipped with a black mask layer, into which the information is transferred by means of a laser beam. Quality and repeatability have been significantly improved by removing many of the causes of error involved in plate making with film, e.g. copy errors, dust entrapment, light scattering etc. Simultaneously smaller more uniform halftone dots can be formed.

Our system not only includes a comprehensive range of flexo plates, but also equipment and washout solutions for processing flexo printing plates.

AFC

The alternative to digital plates for use with specially ‘calibrated film’ negatives

•	Optimized for exposing with films which have been specially calibrated during their exposure. It is possible using conventional processing to produce the finest halftones – similar to those achieved on a digital flexo plate
•	Very good relief depths due to a wide exposure latitude
•	All other applications and parameters correspond with nyloflex® ACE

FAH

High resistance properties – the solution for high quality UV flexo printing

•	Fine run-out of tonal gradations and optimum ink coverage in solid areas
•	Particularly advantageous in thin-plate technology applications on compressible supports

nyloflex® Seal F and Gold A have been specially developed for inline and offline print finishing. Whether printing a primer using highly aggressive inks or solvent-free processing with water washable plates: nyloflex® plates for special applications.

Seal F and Gold A have been especially developed for inline and offline print finishing. They can be used in flexo coating units in sheet fed offset presses as well as in dedicated coating presses.
